Omaha Police have arrested a student with gun at a school.
Omaha Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy for possessing a gun on school grounds at North High School. At 12:17 p.m. Thursday, the School Resource Officer at Omaha North High School radioed for assistance regarding a disturbance with a student armed with a gun who had run from the school. Uniform Patrol officers arrived and quickly took the suspect into custody. The suspect will be booked at Douglas County Youth Center for possession of a firearm on school grounds.
