North Platte, Neb. - The North Platte city council held a regular meeting on June 18th and different agendas were discussed amongst the council. Topics included second reading of Ordinance No. 4166, second reading of Ordinance No. 4171, adopt the resolution to negotiate directly with NorthWestern Energy and more.
