NORTH PLATTE - The North Platte city council held their regular meeting on November 7th and their were different agenda that was discussed amongst the council. Some items discussed was the approve the bids for the pickleball and tennis courts at Cody Park, third reading on Ordinance No. 4137 Game of Skills, first reading of Ordinance No. 4148 relating to occupation taxes and so much more.&nbsp;
