News Release Gabel for Mayor

Krystal Gabel, 36, Independent, is running for Mayor of Brush.

Gabel's goal as Mayor is to follow the Constitution, serve The People residing in Brush!, and focus on what the community needs to grow.

As Brush! Mayor, Gabel will:

- Make the office work entirely for The People of Brush

- Build a viaduct on Clayton Street over the railroad for 24/7 passage to both sides of our city

She believes in the consent of the governed and protecting all individuals, their natural rights and liberties, and their private properties from irrational establishment authority.

Gabel has run for other state and local offices, including the Republican bid for Nebraska Governor in the 2018 primary election where she received second place against the incumbent. She is the National Chair of the Legal Marijuana NOW Party, an official political party in Minnesota and Nebraska that advocates for the end of prohibition.

Gabel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in writing from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa (2005). She is a technical security content strategist at a financial institution.
