
SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on drug distribution allegations.
On April 1, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant in the 900 block of SW Tyler related to an ongoing investigation, according to Lt. Jerry Monasmith.
At the home, officers located heroin and drug paraphernalia. They also arrested 36-year-old Dustin Lutterman of Topeka on requested charges of Possession of heroin with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of drug paraphernalia with intent and Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, according to Monasmith.
