NORTH PLATTE - The North Platte city council held their regular meeting on December 5th and there were different agenda that was discussed amongst the council. Some items discussed in this council meeting included: new license for NPICE, annexation of land south and west of city industrial park, Downtown Christmas parade, housing solutions for North Platte and more.&nbsp;
