OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. – From March 31 – April 4, Offutt Air Force Base will conduct its largest and most intensive military exercise in base history, resulting in extremely limited access to and from the installation.

Throughout the week, there will be extended periods when inbound and outbound traffic will be completely restricted. Individuals needing access to Offutt AFB, including veterans, retirees, and other visitors, are strongly encouraged to complete any necessary visits before March 31, as entry and exit may not be possible at certain times.

Exercise Impacts

•             Base access will be severely restricted throughout the week, with multiple extended periods when entry and exit will not be permitted.

•             Increased noise and activity levels both on and off base.

•             Frequent Giant Voice announcements will occur during the exercise.

This exercise is critical to ensuring the warfighting readiness of Offutt AFB personnel and their ability to generate and present ready forces anytime, anywhere.
