On October 20, 2021, Matt Tibbels, age 58, of Lincoln, NE was charged with receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
The FBI Omaha field office is seeking the public's help in identifying potential victims who attended Theresa Tibbels’ Daycare from 1989 to present. The daycare is in Lincoln, NE.
