Much of the area is in a blizzard warning that is in effect until 1:00am Tuesday. NDOT says travel is not advised but to&nbsp;adjust travel plans accordingly.&nbsp;<a href="https://northplattepost.com/posts/11801718-dbaa-4452-ab0a-04d190d55889" target="_blank">click here for the latest road conditions.</a>
