LINCOLN, Neb.-Lincoln police are continuing their search for the suspect in a hit-and-run crash that left a 19-year-0ld dead.
The crash happened at 37th and O Streets intersection when a Ford Focus traveling westbound on O St. crossed the center line and struck an eastbound Subaru Forrester. The collision pushed the Subaru into a third vehicle.
Police said the two occupants of the third vehicle were treated for minor injuries. The driver of the Subaru, Alexandor Eskra, 19, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police said the driver of the Ford, Gustavo Gonzales-Cardenas, fled the scene on foot and has not yet been located.
A warrant has been issued charging Gonzales-Cardenas with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, a Class III felony.
