North Platte, Neb. - The North Platte city council held a regular meeting on November 19th and different agendas were discussed amongst the council. Topics included adopt the resolution offering the Golden Spike Tower and Visitor Center for an opportunity to borrow funds to repay USDA loan, first ordinance readings on No. 4187 and No. 4188 and more.
