OGALLALA, NEB - The 2023 Keith County Fair kicked off with the Keith County Parade on Sunday. The fair offers plenty of events for everyone in the family to enjoy. 4-H started on Monday with most festival events starting on Wednesday. Fan favorites that are back is the rodeo on Thursday, the Keith County Survivor Games on Friday and the Combine Derby on Saturday.&nbsp;
