A 2015 Ford Explorer, driven by Michaela Moreno-31-Scottsbluff, was north on 1st Ave approaching E. 20th St. The Ford Explorer then failed to stop at the stop sign and entered the intersection. At this time the Ford Explorer struck a 2004 Chevrolet Venture, driven by Tonya Janis-40-Scottsbluff, which was east on E. 20th St. The Chevrolet Venture then rolled onto its driver’s side.
A third vehicle, 2001 Ford Windstar, was west on E. 20th St. and was struck by debris from the Ford Explorer. This vehicle was driven by Debbie Subias-57-Scottsbluff. Janis and a passenger, Harold Sitting Bear, reported minor injuries and were transported to RWMC.
The following individuals were issued citations;
M. Moreno: No Operators License, Stop Sign Violation
T. Janis: No Valid Registration
