Buffalo County - One dead following Sunday's accident on I-80 outside of Kearney.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol, at approximately 3:15 pm Sunday, a semi was parked on the eastbound shoulder of Interstate 80 near mile marker 282. A Kia sedan was traveling eastbound when it lost control and struck the semi trailer on the shoulder. 

The driver of the Kia, identified as Mollie Quick, 20, of Waukee, Iowa, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured.
