North Platte, Neb. - A community cleanup is being scheduled on June 8th, from 9:00am - 3:00pm to help clean up the north side of North Platte. Supplies will be provided at the event. Objectives for the event is too clean up Highway 38 corridor, from the Jeffers Viaduct to the North Platte River Bridge and Highway 30 from Wilson Ave. to Buffalo Bill Ave. Two roll-offs will be available for large items, but it's asked that no tires or appliances be throw into the roll offs.
