Last seen on 7/11/24 @ 4:00 PM near 7200 Shamrock Crt, Lincoln NE. Poss driving a GRAY 2019 DODGE CARAVAN with 2 round stickers on back / NE Plates YNA116. Wearing BLU t-shirt, GRY pants. DAVID suffers from dementia; left w/o meds.&nbsp;&nbsp;
