Barbara Ann Wahl, 88, of Roseville, MN, passed away into the presence of her Lord and Savior on April 8, 2020.&nbsp;

Barbara was born on Nov.19,1931 as Barbara Ann Allen in Aberdeen SD. While still a young child, her mother married A. M. Holmes and her name became Barbara Ann Holmes.&nbsp; She loved to tell about how she got in trouble at school one day for writing “BAH” on one of her textbooks until she explained to the teacher that those were now her initials and not her feelings about the textbook.&nbsp; Affectionately known as Bobby Ann, she also spent many days living with her grandparents where her grandmother was instrumental in forming her love of books and imagination.&nbsp; Her family moved to Minot, ND, where she finished her growing up years.&nbsp; Her father worked for the newspaper, Minot Daily News, which influenced her love of writing and journalism.&nbsp; Active in high school and church youth groups, she made many lifelong friends.&nbsp; She graduated from high school, received a degree from Minot State Teachers College with emphasis in Journalism, and taught school in Kenmare, ND.

The next chapter in her life started with meeting, dating, and marrying a Nebraskan named Frank Wahl who was working in Minot for the USDA Soil Conservation Service.&nbsp; When they were married on Nov 1, 1952 in Minot, she had completed changing her name for the final time.&nbsp; She would laugh when telling others,”I moved from the beginning to the end of the alphabet while keeping the same sound.&nbsp; I started out as BAA, moved to BAH, and ended up with BAW.”&nbsp; She always loved words and wordplay.&nbsp; Soon they had their first daughter, Sandra.&nbsp; It was at this time they moved to the Wahl homestead just north of Gothenburg, NE, so Frank could take over the family farm.

A new chapter began by adjusting to being a farm wife with a young family of three daughters from growing up in towns.&nbsp; It was a big change, but one she took to with love of family and determination.&nbsp; One opportunity, that was new on the farm and enjoyed by all, was the big family garden.&nbsp; She was not totally new to gardening as her family had been involved with “Victory Gardens” during WWII, but the farm afforded a large plot to experiment with many types of vegetables over the years.&nbsp; Fresh green beans, sweet corn, and watermelon were among the family favorites.&nbsp; While on the farm, she continued making lifelong friends, being involved with teaching, VBS and bible studies at First Baptist of Gothenburg, writing columns for the Gothenburg Times newspaper about farm and family life, helping neighbors, teaching English to Hmong refugees, and even working in a local community restaurant.&nbsp; She also endured sadness and loss as her youngest daughter died at age 8, and said final earthly goodbyes to grandpa Ned and grandma Ann, who lived long productive lives, but meant a lot to her.&nbsp; She also saw the satisfying changes of daughters growing up and going off to college, while taking care of a young son, a latecomer but happy addition to the family.

The next chapter involved moving to several new towns as Frank left farming and returned to work with the Soil Conservation Service, which consisted of finishing a job in one location and moving to another.&nbsp; During this time she moved to Minden, NE, where she was active in the Evangelical Free Church and had jobs at the local library and the restaurant at Pioneer Village, a well known tourist stop.&nbsp; Then the family moved to Loup City, NE, where she continued to work in restaurants, and be active in church, this time at Arcadia Baptist Church.&nbsp; It was here she learned new skills with personal computers and used this with her love of words to help in the organization, publication, and programs for the centennial celebration for the Arcadia congregation.&nbsp; She was always proud of the accomplishment of moving from the typewriter to the computer age.&nbsp; During this time she was also visiting her daughters young families, the first grandkids, and raising her youngest son up to seeing him graduate high school and follow his older sisters to college in Minnesota.&nbsp; &nbsp;Then she would move again with her husband to Mullen NE in the Sandhills.

Sadness and loss then came again as her husband of 37 years lost a battle with cancer.&nbsp; During this time she learned new skills as a Health Aid, began taking care of her aging mother, and followed her children to Minnesota.&nbsp; After moving to Minnesota, she continued work as a Health Aid at Presbyterian Homes while taking care of and then saying goodbye to her mother. She continued to be involved in church life with many churches in the Twin Cities area, among them being Central Baptist, Shoreview Baptist, Salem Baptist (Gracepoint), Trinity Baptist (Lifepoint), Elmwood Evangelical Free Church in St. Anthony and Bethany Baptist in Roseville. She continued to use old skills and gain new ones by getting a job at Lillie Newspapers in New Brighton as an office manager, editor and column writer, returning to her roots in journalism and love of words. She used her time to volunteer with such endeavors as teaching ESL classes and as a chaplain’s assistant at Presbyterian homes. See also continued to make new friends and also researched, found, and reached out to her birth family, learning about her past and family in a new way. In fact, her most cherished times were always the moments she spent with family, especially holiday celebrations and family gatherings that brought her family together around her, taking interest and joy in her children’s, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives and accomplishments. Her family will miss her presence as we look forward to seeing her again with our Lord and Savior.

She was survived by her children, Sandra (Dee J.) Traudt, Susan (Dan) Johnson, and Jeffrey (Paulette) Wahl; Grandchildren, Andrea (Jason) Inouye, Naomi (Alan) Price, Sara (Aaron) Kangas, Benjamin Wahl, Eithan Wahl and Jason Wahl; great-grandchildren, Arthur Price and Loralei Inouye; Birth Siblings, Mike Allen, Tom Allen, Patty Shogren, Sandy Youngbauer. Preceded in death by parents, A. M. and Marie Holmes; husband Frank Wahl; daughter Carolyn Wahl.

Memorial service Monday, July 20th at 10:00 AM at BETHANY BAPTIST CHURCH; 2025 Skillman Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113.

Interment Saturday, July 25th at 11:00 AM at Gothenburg Cemetery, Gothenburg, Nebraska.

Wauneta Green, age 97, of North Platte, passed away at Linden Court in North Platte, Nebraska on Thursday, July 23, 2020.

Wauneta was born to Adolph and Olga (Griess) Nuss on January 5, 1923, at Sutton, Nebraska, where she grew up and attended school.&nbsp; The Nuss family later moved to the Scottsbluff/Gering area in Nebraska where they worked on different farms.

Wauneta married Reuben Benjamin Green and they made their home in Gering, Nebraska.&nbsp; She went on to work for the Swift Company in Terrytown, Nebraska for 22 years until they closed, then worked for Jack &amp; Jill and the bakery at Sunmart, helped in the cafeteria at Gering Public Schools, and cooked at the Senior Center before retiring. In 2012 she moved to North Platte, Nebraska to be closer to her family.

Wauneta was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.&nbsp; Wauneta was a kind, joyful woman who loved and welcomed everyone.&nbsp; She liked country music and doing ceramics but especially loved her family and sharing in large family meals.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben; daughter, Judy and husband, Rick Minch; son-in-law, Calvin Green; grandson, Corey Minch; parents, Adolph and Olga Nuss; brothers, Rudolph, Wilbert, Carl and Benjamin; sister, Delores and husband, Richard Hart; and sisters-in-law, Roma Nuss and Emma Nuss.

Wauneta is survived by her children, Robert (Dana) Green, of North Platte, NE and Barbara Green, of Glendale, AZ; brother, John Nuss, of Gering, NE; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Nuss, of Sterling, CO, and Delores Nuss, of Scottsbluff, NE; her special neighbors in Gering, NE, Tammy and Rick Welch and Tina and Heno Urdiales; as well as 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Cremation was chosen. Graveside service will be at a later date in the Fairview Cemetery at Scottsbluff, Nebraska.&nbsp; The memorial book may be signed at odeanchapel.com.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Linden Court. Odean Colonial Chapel at C &amp; Sycamore in North Platte, NE is in charge of arrangements.

Wauneta Esther Green (1923-2020)

Laser Beam Kelly of Westfield Small Animal Clinic was born October 1, 2003, and crossed the rainbow bridge July 16, 2020 at the age of 16 years and 9 months, after a long struggle with arthritis and kidney disease.

Laser was found abandoned as a tiny 4-week-old kitten weighing only 1 lb., in a gutter along with his siblings in Maxwell, NE.&nbsp; His siblings were adopted but it was decided to make the clinic his forever home.

Laser was a sweet, friendly boy who loved greeting everyone who visited the clinic; he particularly loved to visit those that were allergic to, or didn’t like cats!&nbsp; He knew.&nbsp; Laser was also very fond of leather purses; he enjoyed chewing on and attempting to climb into any nice leather purse.&nbsp; His favorite pastime however, was darting out the front door when someone went in or out.&nbsp; He would wander out to the grassy island to eat the grass, sunbathe in the middle of the parking lot (nevermind oncoming traffic), wander down to the bank to eat catnip, or hang out under parked cars watching the birds.

He is survived by his housemates Oscar and Bunny, his large extended family at Westfield Small Animal Clinic, and numerous friends.

Donations in his memory will be accepted for our two local rescues; Fur the Love of Paws and Paws-itive Partners.&nbsp; Cremation has been chosen. He will be greatly missed.

Laser Beam Kelly (2003-2020)

Della Marie Johnston, age 79, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2020 at her home surrounded by her children.&nbsp; Della was born October 21, 1940 to Mary Maxine and Clyde Johnston in North Platte, NE, the first of three children.&nbsp; Della married Ray Snyder in 1963 and from this union five children were born: Calvin, Keven, Corwin, Angela, Audrey.&nbsp; Throughout her life, she was passionate about education, helping kids and families.

Her professional career began with teaching and developing learning activities for preschool &amp; elementary age children in North Platte.&nbsp; In 1985, Della moved to Lincoln and became active with National Federation of the Blind.&nbsp; An organization devoted to helping blind individuals reach their full potential.&nbsp; She served two terms as president of NFBN.&nbsp; She, along with others, strived to ensure equality for all visually impaired residents of NE by working to pass legislation on local levels.&nbsp; As she continued her education, she moved into Social Services in Lincoln.&nbsp; She served on Human Service Planning Council and various other subcommittees.&nbsp; Through her work with consumer organizations, she continued to serve as an advocate for the blind persons across Nebraska.

Della was a member of Golden Key Honor Society.&nbsp; She achieved Dean’s List at Mt. Marty and Mid-Plains Community College.&nbsp; Later returning to college after raising her family, she once again achieved Honor Roll at UNL and graduated in 1990 with double major Bachelor of Arts and Science Degrees.&nbsp; In 1999, she returned to North Platte to be with family.&nbsp; She enjoyed also being part of the St Patrick’s Catholic Church family.&nbsp; Continuing her passion of teaching and involving children, Della often handed out quarters to church kids so they may participate in mass by taking forward the offering.&nbsp; Her love for family, friends and faith gave her much joy.

Della was preceded in death by her son, Keven Snyder; her grandson, Chandler Snyder and her parents. She is survived by her children: Calvin Snyder of North Platte, Corwin Snyder of Hershey, Angela Snyder of North Platte, Audrey (Travis) Thompson of Lincoln. Grandchildren: Amber, Heather, Marcus, Jennifer and Derek and great-grandchildren: Izaiah &amp; Essabella.

The family has requested no flowers, memorials may be sent to 2401 NW 46th&nbsp;St, Lincoln NE 68524 for later designation.

Christian wake service will be at 7:00 P.M., Friday, July 24, 2020, Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 25, 2020, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Rev. Josh Brown as celebrant.&nbsp; Burial will follow at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens.&nbsp; Services will be livestreamed on Adams &amp; Swanson Facebook.&nbsp; Visitation will be noon - 5:00 P.M., Thursday and Friday, July 23 and 24, at Adams &amp; Swanson Funeral Home, which is in charge of assisting the family with arrangements.

Richard “Dick” W. Hald passed peacefully at Senior Living Choices in Curtis, Nebraska on July 16, 2020.

Richard was born to Valdemar and Elsie (Pedersen) Hald in Cozad, Nebraska on October 22, 1930.&nbsp; He was raised on five farmsteads in Dawson County until moving to 8th &amp; Maple in Cozad in 1941.&nbsp; He graduated from Cozad High School in 1949.&nbsp; After attending a semester at the University of Nebraska and three more at Iowa State University, he was drafted into service.&nbsp; He was stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, serving as a clerk/typist.&nbsp; Following discharge as a sergeant on June 30, 1954, he resumed his horticulture studies at Iowa State University, graduating in 1956.&nbsp; &nbsp;He returned to Cozad as a partner in the family business, Cozad Floral and Nursery.

Dick married his square dance partner, Thelma Sherman of Lexington, on June 16, 1959.&nbsp; They lived next to the greenhouse in the home built by Dick’s brother.&nbsp; They were blessed with two sons, Ronnie and David.&nbsp; Dick began his teaching career in 1967 at the University of Nebraska School of Technical Agriculture in Curtis Nebraska.&nbsp; He retired in 1992 as Department Chair and Assistant Professor in Horticulture.&nbsp;

Dick served his community, primarily as secretary and/or treasurer: Rotary, Curtis Chamber of Commerce, South Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce.&nbsp; He held multiple leadership positions in the Curtis Congregational Church. Dick and Thelma loved travelling to attend their meetings, to see their grandsons, to attend Husker football games, and for vacation.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers, Edwin and Alfred, all of Cozad, Nebraska, and his son, David.&nbsp;

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Thelma (Sherman) Hald of Curtis; his son Ronnie (Cindy) of Granby, Colorado; two grandsons: Eric of Shantou, China; and Seth (fiancée Sylvanna) of Edwards, Colorado; brother-in-law Leroy (Rose Marie) Sherman and sister-in-law Jo Sherman of Lexington, Nebraska; sister-in-law Eileen (Murl) Tiede of Elwood; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Curtis Rotary Club, University of Nebraska Foundation, and American Parkinson’s Disease Association.

Peter Francis Campbell, 80, of North Platte, peacefully passed away at his home on April 6, 2020. Peter was born in Jamestown, North Dakota, on October 20, 1939, the oldest child of James Peter and Helen Lucille (Cheser) Campbell.&nbsp; He grew up in North Dakota, and it wasn't until later in life that he proudly received his high school diploma. In April 1957 Peter enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as a Machinist's Mate.&nbsp; Following his discharge, Peter married and had three children.&nbsp; They lived in North Dakota, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas before settling down for the remaining half of his life in midwestern Nebraska, primarily in the North Platte area. He was a skilled parts manager in car dealerships and ABC Auto Salvage where he worked until he retired. Peter was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Moose Lodge, North Platte Eagles Club where he volunteered in many ways, and was a local leader in Alcoholics Anonymous.&nbsp; While living in Arizona, he volunteered as a Cub Master and Scout Master in the Boy Scouts. One great adventure Peter instigated was "Operation Miata".&nbsp; In 2015 he found a near-perfect condition two-door, soft-topped Mazda sportscar on eBay Motors, purchased it without a test drive, then led a four-generation entourage on a cross country journey to take possession of "Mia". He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Helen, and brother, Dennis. Peter is survived by his brother, Lee 'Joe' (Ginger); three children, James, Sandra and Michele (Eric); grandchildren, Chelsea, Chris (Faith), Jonathan, Matt, Seth (Kalei), Zachary and Olivia; great-grandchildren, Liberty, Taryn, Rosemarie, Masyn and Winry; his furry friend, Tommy; as well as other family members and friends. Duane Ruby, 63, of Lisco, Nebraska, died at Great Plains Health on Saturday, July 18, 2020.

Duane was born to Thomas Ruby, Sr. and Carmel Ruby at Denver, Colorado, on December 4, 1956. He grew up in Denver and Grand Valley, where he graduated from high school, then worked as a handyman, drove a truck and later sold real estate in Denver.&nbsp; Duane was also the caretaker for his dad until his passing then his own health started to decline.&nbsp; In 2017 Duane moved to Lisco where he opened and operated a popular restaurant, The Roost, which he ran until a fire caused him to close.

Duane enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Gold Panning of America. He was also a member of Parents Without Partners and the Jaycees.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas, Sr. and Carmel Ruby.

Duane is survived by his son, Jacob Ruby, of Norfolk, Virginia; brothers, Thomas, Jr. (Kristie) Ruby, of Littleton, Colorado and Lee (Ruth) Ruby, of Conifer, Colorado; sisters, Joy Schwab and Doreen Ruby, of Lochbuie, Colorado, and Lori Meuli, of Wrangell, Alaska; as well as many other family members.

Duane Ruby (1956-2020)

John Wayne Brandt, a longtime Ogallala resident and KOGA Radio broadcaster and salesman, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at the age of 76.&nbsp; For the past year, John waged a courageous battle with stage-four pancreatic cancer, maintaining his signature optimism throughout.&nbsp;

John was born on July 11, 1944, in Hays, KS, to John B. and Laverna Brandt, the eldest of three children.&nbsp; Since childhood, John was fascinated with radio and liked to spend his time being around people and talking with them.&nbsp; His mother remembered him bringing home report cards which often said, “Johnny talks too much.” But, where his teacher may have found fault, he found a career.&nbsp; John spent his youth in Superior, NE, graduating from high school in 1963.&nbsp; He remained in contact with many of his high school classmates, attending class reunions throughout his life.&nbsp;

After high school, John attended college at Fairbury, NE, but soon found himself back in Superior. In 1965, John was drafted into the US Army and trained as a Pershing missile specialist at Fort Sill, OK.&nbsp; After an honorable discharge, he chose to move to Ogallala, NE, and began work as a grocery sacker at Sixth Street grocery store.&nbsp; Later, he found a job working as the night auditor at the Holiday Inn.&nbsp;

One day, John was sitting on the curb in front of his house cleaning the rims on his car tires when one of the owners of KOGA pulled up to the curb in his car and said to him, “Why don’t you quit fooling around and come work for me?” His next choice was the beginning of his decades-long career, serving the area through broadcasting.&nbsp; Since December 15, 1969, John enjoyed over 50-years of on-air work, remote broadcasts, hosting a morning show, and selling radio advertising to businesses across western Nebraska and eastern Colorado.&nbsp;&nbsp;

A fixture at many local county fairs, John’s entertaining interviews with 4-H kids and his enthusiastically-supportive style will be missed. Generations of listeners learned about local and national perspectives on politics, news, and health through the morning radio show “Midwest Opinions.” Throughout his career, these venues afforded John the opportunity to interview countless community members, entertainers, celebrities, and politicians.

John was always an energetic and happy person, who never had a bad day, even through his battle with cancer.&nbsp; If his day was bad or he was in pain, there were no complaints.&nbsp; He was made for his job and continued to sell advertising and talk on the radio up to as recently as two weeks before his death.&nbsp;

John was a dedicated father and husband.&nbsp; He married his first wife, Barbara Brown, in 1970 and together they raised three children, Suzi, Johanna and Jonathan, in Ogallala.&nbsp;&nbsp;

As a member of the&nbsp; Berean Church of Ogallala, John served as a Sunday school teacher and treasurer.&nbsp; He remained steadfast in his Christian faith throughout his life, especially in recent months.&nbsp; His constant faith in Christ sustained him throughout the difficulties of his illness.

In 1996, John married Kami DeCamp in Las Vegas, NV.&nbsp; John and Kami enjoyed 24 years of marriage, traveling and visiting family and friends across the country.

A lover of travel, John’s favorite place to visit was always Las Vegas.&nbsp; His goal wasn’t always to win money or experience the shows.&nbsp; It was, in the end, about the people from all over the world who would find themselves next to him at a Blackjack table to be “interviewed” by him.&nbsp; Many years of traveling and fun at his lake home in Brady, NE, with family and friends were also treasured memories of his.&nbsp; However, Ogallala remained his home for over 50 years.

Burial will be held in the Ash Hollow Cemetery with Military Honors from the Keith County Honor Guard and the United States Army Funeral Honors Team.&nbsp;

John Wayne Brandt (1944-2020)

Kelly Sue Sitorius, 51, of Mesquite, NV and of North Platte, NE passed away July 17, 2020 at her home in North Platte.

Kelly was born the fourth daughter to Richard E. and Judith M. (Carson) Sitorius on April 2, 1969 in Scottsbluff, NE.&nbsp;&nbsp;

At a young age, she moved with her family to North Platte.&nbsp; She attended school at the ESU 16 where she was taught life skills by her loving and patient teachers.&nbsp; After graduation, she was employed by Burger King and Wal-Mart.

At age five, she joined the North Platte Special Olympics and bowled, swam, ran track and field, and played basketball.&nbsp; She loved the friends she encountered during her competitions and brought home many, many trophies and medals.&nbsp; She was chosen to attend the Special Olympics World Games in Raleigh, NC and again in New Haven, CT.&nbsp; She was also chosen to be a Global Messenger, which is a leadership role that helps raise awareness about Special Olympics.&nbsp; She attended countless meetings to advocate for the athletes and for the Special Olympic Way!&nbsp; In 2015 she moved to Mesquite, where she bowled and learned to play bocce ball.

Kelly always crafted an assortment of gifts that she loved to give her family and friends.&nbsp; She loved to watch TV (especially Days of Our Lives and the Golden Girls), was an avid Husker and Oregon Duck football fan, played endless games of Yahtzee, and loved her self-proclaimed boyfriend Blake Shelton.&nbsp; Her favorite things to do in the desert were to play bunco and go to the casino where she danced to Elvis, played slots, and bingo.&nbsp; She was a very lucky player!&nbsp; Her primary food groups included white powdered sugar donuts and Coca-Cola.

Kelly was a former member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Moose Club, and German/American club.

Kelly loved her family and friends and was especially proud of her sisters, brothers-in-law, and nieces.&nbsp; Birthdays were very special to Kelly. She never missed a birthday phone call.&nbsp; Kelly never knew a stranger; smiles and hugs were for all!

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Dick and Judy Sitorius of Mesquite, NV; sisters, Kristi (Dave) Hengen, Karen (Steve) Swedberg all of North Platte, NE, and Karolyn (Mitch) Fletcher of Maxwell, NE; her nieces whom she loved beyond measure, Sara (Brandon) Altig, Stevie (Judd) Reed all of North Platte, NE, Stephanie Hengen of Omaha, NE, Katie (Taylor) Linegar of Gretna, NE, Tara (Jordan) Hiatt of North Platte, NE, and Sally Hengen of Albuquerque, NM; great nephews, Colten and Carson Altig, Jerek Reed, and Eli Linegar; great niece, Demi Reed; uncle Tom (Mary) Carson, aunt Jane Moore, uncle Mike Sitorius; and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Don and Alverna Carson, and Anan and Avis Sitorius; and an uncle Kenny Moore.

Kelly Sue Sitorius (1969-2020)

Florendia “Linda” Dicke, 87, of North Platte, NE passed away on July 16, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney surrounded by her loving family.&nbsp; Her passing was a result of a brain hemorrhage that occurred a week earlier.&nbsp; A memorial service is planned for Friday, July 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (CT) at Adams &amp; Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte, NE. Inurnment will be at the Ogallala Cemetery at a later date.

Linda was born to Everett and Nellie Cagler on the Cagler family farm between Kearney and Gibbon, NE.&nbsp; She and her five siblings were raised on the farm during the post-depression era where good, hardworking values was the way of life.

After high school, Linda and her sister Dee moved to Ogallala, NE for work.&nbsp; While there, she met and married Anton Everett (Tom) Hampton. From this union they were blessed with four children, Larry Hampton (Robin) of Sun Lakes, AZ, Tom Hampton of Ogallala, NE, Brenda Hampton of North Platte, NE, and Rob Hampton (Nicole) of North Platte, NE.&nbsp; Her husband, Tom, preceded her in death on February 11, 1977.

In addition to being a loving mother and homemaker, Linda was the owner/operator of the Midwest Motel in Ogallala, NE and later worked at the Ogallala sale barn café.

In the spring of 1982, Linda met Ken Dicke of Ogallala, NE.&nbsp; They married on April 12, 1986 in Las Vegas, NV, then held a reception for family and friends in Ogallala.&nbsp; Ken also has four children, Alan Dicke of Ft. Collins, CO, Lori Haskett (Randy) of Ft. Collins, CO, Jim Dicke (Jan) of Wellington, CO, and Rich Dicke (Traci) of Longmont, CO.

Once they retired, Ken and Linda traveled south to their home in Mission, TX where her brother Louie and her sister Geri also resided; they enjoyed the warm climate along with cervezas, margaritas, meeting new friends, dancing, golfing, Husker Football parties, dominos, frequent trips across the border into Mexico, and many other events and activities.

They spent each January in Reno, NV for the annual Cagler family reunion where they enjoyed hours of reminiscing and laughing.&nbsp; During the summer months they traveled north to see and enjoy their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Ken and Linda moved back to Nebraska in January 2014 to be closer to their extended families.&nbsp; Soon after, they became involved with dancing at the Senior Center and the Eagles Club, the Golden Games, all Husker sports, and spending time with their youngest grand-daughter Ellie.

Linda is survived by her husband Ken, their eight children mentioned above, grandchildren; Tyler Hampton (Amy), Clearwater, KS, Justin Hampton, Hershey, NE, Spencer Hampton (Tiffany) Sutherland, NE, Kellen Hampton, Chandler, AZ, Shelby Hampton, Sun Lakes, AZ, Ellie Hampton, North Platte, NE, Jared Gies, North Platte, NE, Aaron Gies, Omaha, NE, Avery Dicke, 29 Palms, CA, Aidan Dicke, San Diego, CA, Lindsey Haskett, Austin, TX, Tyler Haskett, Milliken, CO, Austin Dicke (Julie) Ft. Collins, CO, Makayla Dicke, Longmont, CO, Ryan Dicke, Longmont, CO and thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents Everett &amp; Nellie Cagler and her sisters Doris Young and Louise Shaffer.

Florendia 'Linda' Dicke (19433-2020)

Delma L (Hagans) Burch passed peacefully away on July 14, 2020 at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, NE.&nbsp; She was born August 31,1942 in her great-grandparents’ home in North Platte, NE.&nbsp; She was born the fourth child of Bill and Murl “Babe” (Johnson) Hagans.&nbsp; Delma attended Cody and Lincoln grade schools and Junior and Senior high in North Platte. She graduated with the class of 1960.

In September 1960, Delma went to work at the Pawnee Hotel.&nbsp; While working there, she met Wayne Waits.&nbsp; They were married in May 1962 and were later divorced.&nbsp; In December 1968, Delma moved to Denver, CO where she worked in a shirt laundry.&nbsp; In December 1971, she moved to Ogallala, NE and married Herbert Burch whom she had known for quite a while.&nbsp; They were married for 23 years and then divorced.&nbsp; In 1994, Delma met Eugene Parsons.&nbsp; They never married but were together 14 ½ years until he became ill and passed away in January 2009.&nbsp; In 1988, Delma went to work at McDonald’s in Ogallala, NE.&nbsp; She worked for several years until she had a heart attack in 2005.&nbsp; She stayed in her home in Ogallala for 38 years until she became ill and moved to Omaha, NE to live with her daughter, Rosemary, and family.&nbsp; She lived with them until her death.

Even though she did not have lots of hobbies and things she liked to do, she loved spending time with her family.&nbsp; When she was living in Ogallala, she would visit her daughter in North Platte weekly to “babysit” the grandkids so her daughter could work.&nbsp; She took them to lunch to their normal places, then they would all go get groceries.&nbsp; She made sure they all had what the needed.&nbsp; Once Rosemary moved to Omaha, she didn’t get to see the kids as much, but still talked to them on the phone quite often.&nbsp; Once she moved to Omaha with her daughter, then she was able to watch the next generation come into the world and grow.&nbsp; Since Alisha lived with them, Delma got to see Jalyn grow and develop her own personality.&nbsp; Jalyn said that Grammy was her best friend.&nbsp; At this point, there were 4 generation under one roof.&nbsp; She was so proud of Alisha for going to school for nursing while taking care of Jalyn.&nbsp; Alisha was able to learn real experience with all the illnesses Delma had.&nbsp; Delma loved seeing how Damian was with Leo and how he was growing into a young man taking care of his family.&nbsp; She knew he was working hard to improve his life. She was also very close to her brother, Jim.&nbsp; She would call him at least once a month to keep in touch.&nbsp; She even got to go camping with the family once in a while.&nbsp; One trip was to Urbandale to see Jim.&nbsp; That made her very happy.

She is survived by her daughter Rosemary (James) Conway of Papillion, NE, 2 grandchildren Damian Wilson from Omaha, NE and Alisha Wilson from Papillion, NE 3 step-grandchildren Shandra Conway of Council Bluffs, IA, Jameson Conway of Council Bluffs, IA and Alicia Conway of MO, 2 great grandchildren Leo Wilson of Ralston, NE and Jalyn Wilson of Papillion, NE, 1 brother James (Joan) Hagans of Urbandale, IA and nephew Mike Hagans also of Urbandale, IA. There are also several other nieces, nephews and cousins that she has lost track of over the years and some very good friends in North Platte from high school.

She is preceded in death by parents Bill and Murl “Babe” Hagans, sister Alma L Small, brother Bill Hagans, both sets of grandparents, 10 aunts and uncles and spouses, 1 nephew and at least 6 cousins.

Delma L (Hagans) Burch (1942-2020)

John Donald Schluntz, 84 years of age, of rural Huntley, died on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at CHI Health - Good Samaritan in Kearney, Nebraska.&nbsp; John was born on May 6, 1936, on the family farm, one mile east of Huntley, the second of five children of John Daniel and Roma F. (Boschult) Schluntz.&nbsp; John received his education from Huntley Public Schools and graduated with class of 1954. &nbsp;He then pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received his Bachelor’s degree.&nbsp; Following his education, John returned home and began farming and raising cattle.&nbsp;

On April 21, 1958, John was united in marriage to Nancy J. Canterbury at the East Lincoln Christian Church in Lincoln.&nbsp; This union was blessed with four children:&nbsp; Joe, Sally, Susan, and Patty.&nbsp; The family made their home east of Huntley, in the same house John was born.&nbsp; John and Nancy celebrated their 62nd&nbsp;wedding anniversary earlier this year.

John was gracious and had a heart of gold.&nbsp; He enjoyed playing Monday Night cards for many decades with his friends; and attending his children’s and later grandchildren’s activities that included, plays and sporting events.&nbsp; John loved the outdoors; working with cattle; and all Husker sports.&nbsp;

John was a lifetime resident of Huntley, where he owned and operated a grain elevator.&nbsp; He was a lifelong member of the Huntley United Methodist Church; a Past President and member of the Lion’s Club; and former Township Chairman.&nbsp; He also served as:&nbsp; a Harlan County Supervisor; on the Huntley School Board; and as a 4-H Leader.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bauer-Torrey &amp; Mach Funeral Home in Alma.&nbsp;

Private Family Funeral Service for John Donald Schluntz will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at the Huntley United Methodist Church in Huntley, Nebraska with Rev. Dr. Lee R. Wigert and Pastor Dave Mendyk officiating.&nbsp;

Public Graveside Service and Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Bainbridge Cemetery in rural Huntley.

 </figure>John Donald Schluntz, 84 years of age, of rural Huntley, died on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at CHI Health - Good Samaritan in Kearney, Nebraska.&nbsp; John was born on May 6, 1936, on the family farm, one mile east of Huntley, the second of five children of John Daniel and Roma F. (Boschult) Schluntz.&nbsp; John received his education from Huntley Public Schools and graduated with class of 1954. &nbsp;He then pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received his Bachelor’s degree.&nbsp; Following his education, John returned home and began farming and raising cattle.&nbsp;On April 21, 1958, John was united in marriage to Nancy J. John Donald Schluntz (1936-2020)

&nbsp;Robert Arnold Peterson, 78 years old, of Alma Nebraska, passed away June 30, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Society-Colonial Villa in Alma.&nbsp;

Robert was born April 15, 1942, the second of five children to Arnold and Viola (Decker) Peterson of Alma.&nbsp; He graduated from the Alma Public School System with the class of 1960.&nbsp; He attended the University of Southern California and then graduated from Hasting College in Hastings, Nebraska with a degree in Biology.

As a young boy in Alma, Robert was a Boy Scout.&nbsp; He loved being outside; with his friends riding bikes, fishing, and ice skating on the Harlan County Lake. Every summer from a boy through high school, he worked on relatives farms in the Hildreth, Nebraska and Naponee, Nebraska areas. Robert loved football, in junior high, he excelled at the sport and continued to do so in high school.&nbsp; Almost every award possible in The Republican Valley League was awarded to him.&nbsp; As a senior, he was a Class C All-State football player and took first place at State in shot put and third place in discus.&nbsp; All through school Robert was an excellent student. He served as class president as well as treasurer and president of the student council. But before each school day, he was up very early to check his traps along the Republican River for mink, beaver, muskrat, etc. and sold them to Haeker’s Furriers.

Robert was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.&nbsp; He was president of Luther League and preached several Sunday morning services.

It was shared that, “The young boys of Alma were proud that Robert was from their town”.&nbsp; He was a great student, a great athlete and a great role model.

Upon high school graduation, Robert was picked to play in the 1960 Shrine Bowl and was selected the most outstanding defensive player.&nbsp; He received a football scholarship to the University of Southern California. He was the outstanding freshman player in 4 out of 6 games.&nbsp; The call to go home and leave the big city was too great. He returned back to Nebraska to play for the University of Nebraska, but conflicts prevented this from happening and he went to Hastings College where he played for two years.&nbsp; While at Hastings College, he was called to join the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Pro Football League for three years.&nbsp; An offer then came from the Denver Broncos, but the National Guard called him at the same time.&nbsp; That ended his hopes of a pro football career. Again, Robert excelled as an inductee in the National Guard and was placed over 300 other inductees.&nbsp; He was in the National Guard and the Army Reserve with advanced infantry training at Ft. Knox, Kentucky.&nbsp;

He helped teach high school and coached athletics in Last Chance, Colorado with his uncle, Harold Decker.&nbsp; Then, he was off to New York City to be trained as a licensed registered stockbroker.&nbsp; He worked for a firm in Denver, Colorado; but in time his conscience and the “call of the wild” sent him to Alaska to be a big game hunting guide.&nbsp; His love for the wilderness and its preservation took him back to Hastings College at age 50 to enter as a junior and complete his degree in Biology. He applied for a grant with the Nature Conservancy.&nbsp; Despite life experiences, his excellent grades and superb physical condition, he was not given a grant due to his age.&nbsp; He returned to Alma and eventually retired from TRICO Farm Service.

Robert loved hunting in Colorado with his uncles: Harold, John, and Wally Decker; brother, John and many others.&nbsp; He always looked forward to pheasant season in Nebraska.&nbsp; He loved to read, fish, garden, and search for choke cherries so Sharon (Casper) Crawford could make him jelly.&nbsp;

Robert suffered a severe stroke in 2015.&nbsp; He entered Colonial Villa in Alma in December 2019.&nbsp; On Monday, June 29, he told the nursing staff he was ready to die.&nbsp; On Tuesday morning, June 30, he completed his pilgrimage here on earth and passed over to be with Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior forever.&nbsp;

A friend said, “Robert would have given me the shirt off his back if I had needed it.”&nbsp;

“A young girl could not have a better big brother!” said Carol.

Robert was preceded in death by; his parents and sister, Vonnel Bunch.

Robert leaves to celebrate his life; his two brothers: Brian and John Peterson of Alma, who were his caregivers and guardian for nearly 5 years; his younger, sister Carol Banta and husband, Kent of Tucson, Arizona; six nieces; extended family and many friends.

The family is honoring Robert’s wish for cremation.&nbsp; There will be no visitation or viewing.&nbsp;

Due to COVID-19 health concerns, a celebration of life for Robert will be held at a later date.

Dennis Brown, 72 of Kearney passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at his home.&nbsp;

Dennis Dean Brown was born March 17, 1948 in Lexington, Nebraska to Albert and Gladys (Molthan) Brown.&nbsp; His family later moved to Kearney where he attended Kearney High School.&nbsp; On March 12, 1968 Dennis was drafted into the U.S. Army.&nbsp; He proudly served in Vietnam.&nbsp; Dennis was honorably discharged on March 11, 1974.&nbsp; After returning from the service, Dennis worked for the City of Kearney, City of Grand Island and was a roofer for several years.&nbsp; Most recently, Dennis had worked as a bricklayer for Great Plains Masonry. Dennis was a longtime member of the VFW Post #759 and American Legion Post #52.&nbsp; He enjoyed woodworking, drawing, fishing and camping. Left to cherish his memory are his partner, Sharie Brown of Kearney; children, Kurt and Stephanie Stones of Kearney, Audra Brown of Kearney and Aaron and Holly Brown of Overton; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Jr. and Judy Brown, Sandy and Ron Edson, Donnie and Linda Brown and Kathy Brown Vasquez; sister-in-law, Karen Brown; as well as, several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Diane Lee (Yilk) Snider of Kearney died July 4, 2020 at her daughter’s home due to complications of dementia. A private service will be conducted later this year. Diane was born on June 24, 1952 in Hastings, NE to Anthony “Tony” and Esther (Sorenson) Yilk.&nbsp; Diane was the 4th of 8 children and she reminded you often that there were 8 children in her family.&nbsp; She was the first child of the “second family” and the continuation of the girl/boy alternation of children.&nbsp; The family lived across from the Crosier Monastery and Diane shared many stories of their adventures on the monastery grounds and friendships with the priests that resided there.&nbsp; Diane attended both parochial and public schools graduating from Hastings High School in 1970.&nbsp; While at Hastings High her fondest memories were of being part of the Tigerettes Marching Drill Team and acting as Captain her senior year. Diane moved to Kearney in 1970 to attend Kearney State College. While there she obtained the nickname Banjo Butt which was shortened to Banjo. You could always tell what stage in her life that people had met her because of the name they called her.&nbsp; She loved to tell the story about two little girls that fought over what her name really was.&nbsp; She was untied in marriage on September 10, 1976 to Rodney Snider in Kearney.&nbsp; Though the relationship later ended in divorce, Rod continued to help their daughters care for Diane during her last years. Diane was employed in various occupations but enjoyed being self-employed, owning and operating Snider Custodial and later Country Care Gardens.&nbsp; Diane was able to point out many locations she either landscaped or maintained throughout Kearney.&nbsp; She was also known for her many years of working at Glenwood Corners, and seasonally at the Cabela’s Call Center.

While her children were growing up Diane was involved in Extension Club, youth activities at Haven’s Chapel, served as a 4-H leader, was part of the Center School CCO, Center School board, Master Gardeners and to many other organizations to remember.&nbsp; Being on NTV news multiple times talking about horticulture was one of her favorite experiences.&nbsp; She received her associate’s degree from CCC in Hastings and credited her daughters for helping her study.&nbsp; Later in life, Diane attended ALANON at the Ambry Club.&nbsp; There wasn’t an animal or child that she encountered that she didn’t stop to talk to. Diane is survived by her ex-husband, Rod Snider; daughters, Shawna Snider-Alexander and husband, Cody Alexander and Chrystal Snider and life-partner, Greg Mazankowski all of Kearney; siblings, Mary (David) Donis Perrott of WA, Tom (Mary) Yilk of Hastings, Mike (Molly) Yilk of NV, Nancy Yilk of CA, Jack (Sandy) Yilk of Wood River; brother-in-Law, Charles (Leona) Snider of York; sister-in-law, Vickie (Steve) VanPelt of Archer any many nephews and nieces. You could always tell what stage in her life that people had met her because of the name they called her.&nbsp; She loved to tell the story about two little girls that fought over what her name really was.&nbsp; She was untied in marriage on September 10, 1976 to Rodney Snider in Kearney.&nbsp; Though the relationship later ended in divorce, Rod continued to help their daughters care for Diane during her last years. Diane was employed in various occupations but enjoyed being self-employed, owning and operating Snider Custodial and later Country Care Gardens.&nbsp; Diane was able to point out many locations she either landscaped or maintained throughout Kearney.&nbsp; She was also known for her many years of working at Glenwood Corners, and seasonally at the Cabela’s Call Center. While her children were growing up Diane was involved in Extension Club, youth activities at Haven’s Chapel, served as a 4-H leader, was part of the Center School CCO, Center School board, Master Gardeners and to many other organizations to remember.&nbsp; Being on NTV news multiple times talking about horticulture was one of her favorite experiences.&nbsp; She received her associate’s degree from CCC in Hastings and credited her daughters for helping her study.&nbsp; Later in life, Diane attended ALANON at the Ambry Club.&nbsp; There wasn’t an animal or child that she encountered that she didn’t stop to talk to. Diane is survived by her ex-husband, Rod Snider; daughters, Shawna Snider-Alexander and husband, Cody Alexander and Chrystal Snider and life-partner, Greg Mazankowski all of Kearney; siblings, Mary (David) Donis Perrott of WA, Tom (Mary) Yilk of Hastings, Mike (Molly) Yilk of NV, Nancy Yilk of CA, Jack (Sandy) Yilk of Wood River; brother-in-Law, Charles (Leona) Snider of York; sister-in-law, Vickie (Steve) VanPelt of Archer any many nephews and nieces. Jodene Caruthers, 65 of Kearney passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.&nbsp;

Jodene was born April 15, 1955 in Columbus, Nebraska to Raymond and Pearl (Hilmer) Waldman.&nbsp; She attended District 11 Country School and Columbus Lakeview High School, graduating with the class of 1973.&nbsp; On June 4, 1977, Jodene was united in marriage to David E. Caruthers.&nbsp; To this union one child was blessed; Daniel.&nbsp; The family made their home in Kearney and later in Gibbon.&nbsp; Jodene later graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney with a degree in Computer Sciences.&nbsp; Most recently, she was employed as a computer programmer for the Buckle in Kearney. Jodene always was willing to help and was a longtime volunteer for the friends of the library, the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army.&nbsp; She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Daniel Caruthers of Kearney; brother, Clarence (Cynthia) Waldman of Lincoln; sister-in-law, Carolyn Caruthers of Des Moines, IA; as well as nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Jodene Caruthers (1955-2020)

John E. Kearney, 72 of Overton passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.

John was born January 16, 1948 in Lexington to John M. and Marjorie (Naprstek) Kearney.

John graduated from St. Ann’s High School with the class of 1966.

After graduation John worked for some area farmers until he entered the US Army in January of 1968.&nbsp; After serving his country he was later honorably discharged.

John was united in marriage to Karen Carpenter, and to this union a daughter, Rachel was born.&nbsp; The couple would later divorce.

John then worked as a welder at Perkins Manufacturing and later as a salesman for Big Valley and Behlen Manufacturing. John traveled all over the country to many farm shows as a salesman. He was awarded the forty year club honor working for Behlen.

John enjoyed hunting, fishing, his church, going out to eat but most of all talking to people wherever he went.

Survivors include his daughter, Rachel and husband Paul Mandelko of Chadron, two grandchildren: Mae and Marshal of Chadron one brother, David and his wife Paula of Overton, two sisters: Ann and husband Ron Balthazor of Lexington and Mary Simmerman of Plattsmouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and many friends.

John is preceded in death by his mother and father, a sister Margaret “Maggie” Kearney, two nephews: Alec Simmerman and Adam Larson and a niece, Kylie Kearney.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 6-7 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington.

A Rosary will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington with Father Matt Koperski and Father Jose Chavez, officiating.

Interment with Military Honors will follow in the St. Ann’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.

John E. Kearney (1948-2020)

Howard Keith Swartz, 74 of Lexington passed away Saturday July 11, 2020 at the Lexington Regional Hospital.

Keith was born April 30, 1946 in Elm Creek, NE to Howard and Irene (Schneider) Swartz.&nbsp; Keith graduated from Elm Creek with the class of 1965, where he enjoyed playing football.&nbsp; As an avid husker fan, Keith was scouted by Bob Devaney and the Huskers. Before he could pursue this dream he was drafted into the army where he proudly served his country in the Vietnam war. He was then honorably discharged in November 1967.

On September 26, 1970 he was united into marriage to Jolene Rohnert at Trinity Lutheran church in Lexington.&nbsp; To this union three sons were born to make Keith the proud father of Jason, Justin and Jerad.

Keith would have celebrated 50 years of absolute wedded bliss with the love of his life this September.

Keith spent the majority of his working years in assembly at Monroes, Sperry New Holland and Orthmans.

He enjoyed working on his 66 ford truck, camping, playing pitch, cheering on the Huskers and spending precious time with his family.

Keith also enjoyed time with his Trinity church family.

Keith will be remembered for helping anyone and everyone especially the times where he was a personal care taker for his father in law John for 2 years, a brother, as well caring and comforting for his nephew in his last days. Keith was always one you could count on for any task any time of day.

Keith leaves to celebrate his life, his wife, Jo of Lexington, his 3 boys, Jason of McCook, Justin and Jerad of Lexington, grandchildren, Jalisa and Ronnie, one great- grandchild, Alex, daughter in law Lisa Romeo of Kearney, brother Dale and wife Ellie of Denver, sisters, Ramona Twiss, Neva Chrisman and Neomi Hilton, all of Denver, sister in law and brother in law, Cindy &amp; Gary Flint of Lexington and his faithful dog and companion Reagan.&nbsp; Keith is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Irene, brothers, Larry, Leon and a brother that was still born and his sister Ellen.

Keith’s family is honoring his wishes to be cremated.

There will be a book signing, Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington.

A Celebration of Keith’s life will be held Friday, July 17, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastors Rob Kuefner and William Ohlmann, officiating. The service will be live streamed on the church’s website.

Inurnment will follow with military honors at the Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington.

Howard Keith Swartz (1946-2020)

Mildred Anna Pitkin, 91, of Callaway, Nebraska passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Callaway Good Life Center.

She was born to Alvin and Agnes Josephine (Brown) Lange in Baldwin, North Dakota on July 1, 1929.&nbsp; Mildred attended school at the Painted Woods rural school district near Wilton, North Dakota.

Shew grew up near Wilton, North Dakota and moved to the Callaway area in 1947.&nbsp; She was united in marriage to Charles Pitkin on July 3, 1947, at Mandan, North Dakota.&nbsp; Charles and Mildred were blessed with three children; Beverly, Charles and Kenneth.&nbsp; Charles preceded her in death and she was later united in marriage to Lewis Miller in 1997, he also passed away in 2002.

Mildred was always active in the Callaway community.&nbsp; She worked for years as a clerk at Callaway True Value as well as being active in the United Methodist Church, the H.H.H. Club, the Callaway Senior Center.&nbsp; She was also a member of the American Legion Auxillary.

Survivors include her son, Ken (Jill) Pitkin of Callaway; daughter-in-law, Gayle Pitkin of Callaway; one brother, Paul (Lois) Lange of Wilton, North Dakota; five grandchildren, Ryan (Leisha) of Lincoln, Chad (Tatum) of Wayne, Charlie (Celeste) of Wallace, Katie (Jess) Dowling of Syracuse and Emily (Andrew) Delgado of Syracuse; seven great-grandchildren, Everett, Garrison, Fletcher, Addie, Cora, Cynthia and Evee; brother-in-law, Tony (Bev) Pitkin of Callaway and sister-in-law, Norma Lange of Overton; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
